Power tester UNISPOT DHP

UNITES systems is introducing an UNISPOT DHP (Discrete High Power), an automated test system with flexible architecture for discrete semiconductor DC testing, like IGBT, Power MOSFET, diodes and bipolar transistors.

Focused on wide range of parts from Small Signal Devices to High Power Discrete Devices up to 200A (option up to 1kA) and 2500V. Flexible architecture offer possibility of multi-site testing or test pins extension for testing full bridge IGBT modules. Test system offers one test matrix MXHP_4A2B for one 4 pins device and this matrix can be inserted multiple times for more pins devices. For currents higher than 200A a dedicated MXHP_2C matrix is designed, including two high current pins up to 1kA. The system is also extandable for Avalanche testing.

The control software SCADUS (Smart Control And Development Universal Software) is based on Windows XPP operating system. Test control software and test program development and debugging software is done in Delphi. It is designed for a wide base of customers. Each operator and engineer has a separate profile with all screens and software configurations. On-line application development is also possible from another computer. The debugger and statistics are offered as standard accessories.

Debugging features include so called SoftScope (software oscilloscope) to allow monitoring of exact test conditions (pulses), Shmoo plot for fast and extensive analysis of programs and devices and graphical controlling panels. The graphical panels in the Instrument Debugger are designed to get the actual state of the instruments and to modify it. Many graphical panels from dedicated instruments show the block diagram of the instrument and on the display actual setting. Actual settings can be manually changed. Each action generates a source code, which can be copied into the source text (Visual Debugger only).
